Strategi Pengelolaan Kelas Inklusif untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Siswa dengan Kebutuhan Khusus
Abstract
This study explores the strategies for managing inclusive classrooms to enhance the participation of students with special needs. Inclusive education emphasizes diversity and equity, providing opportunities for all students, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities, to participate in regular classrooms. The research identifies key teaching strategies, such as differentiated instruction, peer support, and collaborative learning, that improve the engagement and success of students with special needs. The findings suggest that teacher training, adaptations to teaching methods, and creating supportive learning environments are essential for improving the educational experiences of students with special needs. The study concludes that inclusive education not only benefits students with special needs but also promotes social integration and diversity appreciation in the classroom.
