Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing learning motivation among high school students. Motivation to learn is essential for student success, and various factors such as family environment, teacher influence, peer relationships, and school environment can play significant roles in shaping this motivation. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveys 200 students from several high schools, focusing on the various external and internal factors that might influence their academic motivation. The research identifies that teacher support, family involvement, and peer encouragement are the most significant predictors of learning motivation. The study concludes that fostering a supportive environment both in school and at home is crucial to improving students’ motivation and, consequently, their academic achievements.
